Hi, I’m Kendall Hyyti

Based in the Connecticut & NYC

In February 2025, after years of constant fatigue, low motivation, and ongoing stomach issues, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and Celiac disease. At the time, I truly felt like my life was over. I especially felt this way because I’ve always loved cooking and baking from scratch, most of all for my husband, Kunal, who I often call the “mouse in my house.”

I wondered how I’d keep hosting dinner parties with friends when so much of life (and food!) revolves around gluten. I took a few months off from baking and stuck to simple meals while I figured out my new normal.

Then one day, while browsing the gluten-free aisle at my local Wegmans, that spark came back. I felt the urge to bake again, and just like that…Another GF Baker was born.

When I’m not creating something new in the kitchen, you can find me chasing my two corgis, Fennie and Tessie, at the beach, or needlepointing on the couch with an audiobook on in the background. I love Sundays at our Catholic church and cozy nights watching the Buffalo Bills with my husband.
